Tori often gets asked why she didn't become a medical doctor. Her answer is simply "Physicians save lives, but physical therapists get to give people their lives back. I wanted to be a part of someone's journey to a new life." Since the beginning she has set out to learn how to help her clients recover from the disabilities, injuries, or pain that life may throw at them. Tori discovered her love for horses at a young age, and began training in Dressage at the age of 5. She rode competitively for 13 years before stepping back from the sport to pursue higher education. After completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Temple University she spent 6 years working in hospitals, and outpatient clinics. Tori moved to Northern Virginia in 2016, and began looking for ways to combine her love of horses and Physical Therapy. She pursued extra training in hippotherapy and has been seeking to help her clients experience the healing power of horses ever since.
