Tori often gets asked why she didn't become a medical doctor. Her answer is simply "Physicians save lives, but physical therapists get to give people their lives back. I wanted to be a part of someone's journey to a new life." Since the beginning she has set out to learn how to help her clients recover from the disabilities, injuries, or pain that life may throw at them.

Tori discovered her love for horses at a young age, and began training in Dressage at the age of 5. She rode competitively for 13 years before stepping back from the sport to pursue higher education. After completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Temple University she spent 6 years working in hospitals, and outpatient clinics.

Tori moved to Northern Virginia in 2016, and began looking for ways to combine her love of horses and Physical Therapy. She pursued extra training in hippotherapy and has been seeking to help her clients experience the healing power of horses ever since.

Freedom Rehabilitation contracts directly with our clients to eliminate the influence of third-party payers on our clients' plans of care. We provide receipts that are eligible for submission to third party payers for the purposes of reimbursement. Please contact us for information on our pricing.

In order to promote optimal recovery, and as a sign of respect to all of our client's and therapist's time Freedom Rehabilitation has developed the following cancellation policy.

1) Freedom Rehabilitation requires 24 hours notice prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. In the event of less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling clients will pay a "cancellation fee." The cancellation fee is equal to the rate for the scheduled session.

2) Clients accumulating 3 cancellations or reschedules without 24 hours notice will not be allowed to schedule in advance, regardless of reason or exemptions from cancellation fees. Clients will be contacted as appointments become available.

3) Freedom Rehabilitation reserves the right to refuse scheduling to any clients who accumulate more than 3 cancellations or reschedules without 24 hours notice, regardless of reason or exemption from cancelation fees.

(Freedom Rehabilitation understands that there may be extenuating circumstances and reviews cancellation fees upon request. Please submit your request to info@freedom-rehab.com. Please note, that fees can only be waived or reduced by management.)
